Shipment Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday.
- No processing on federal holidays.
- High order volumes may cause slight delays.
- We are not responsible for delays during transit.
- Delays may occur due to postal issues, weather, etc.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
- We currently only ship to domestic U.S. addresses and P.O. Boxes.
- For P.O. Boxes in the case the package is returned to us please refer to our returns policy.
- For APO/FPO/DPO addresses we only ship to domestic U.S. locations.
Shipment Tracking and Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Phancy Slime is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Phancy Slime is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If a package arrives damaged, contact us at customerservice@phancyslime.com immediately with image proof.
International Shipping
We at Phancy Slime currently do NOT ship outside the U.S. If you choose to purchase an item and have it fulfilled internationally through a 3rd party service you do so at your own risk. Phancy Slime will not be liable for any orders processed in this manner.
Wrong Delivery Address
We are not responsible if an order is shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please ensure the address is correct when placing your order. Please refer to our “Returns, Exchanges, and Applicable Fees” section on our website for more information.
Holiday Notice
We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas and other major U.S. holidays due to possible transit delays. Postal carriers are experiencing high volumes, which can cause delays.
Special Event Notice
If you are purchasing slime for a specific occasion (birthdays, graduations, etc) please ensure that you place your order well in advance (3-4 weeks) before the date of your event. Phancy Slime is not responsible for delivery delays, or failure to deliver by a specified date.
Policy Updates and Changes
We can change this policy at any time without notice. The effective date of the latest version will be at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Your continued use of our website and products means you accept any changes to this policy.
