Returns, Exchanges, and Applicable Fees Policy

Please review our policies below carefully. Due to the handmade nature of slime, we do not accept returns and generally do not provide refunds or replacements, with certain exceptions. 


Here are the things we can NOT issue refunds for:

  • You changed my mind and don’t want the slime anymore.
  • You cancel the order AFTER it has been shipped.
  • You don’t like the way it smells.
  • You over-activate the slime.
  • The slime is under-activated and you refuse to activate it.
  • You add or make changes that were originally not part of the original slime.
  • You accidentally placed an order and informed us AFTER it has been shipped.
  • The order was delivered to the wrong address due to you providing us with incorrect shipping information.
  • If you can’t provide any proof that there was a defect.

What if I need to cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order within the first 30 minutes after purchase with the original amount being refunded to your method of payment.
  • After 30 minutes, cancellations will result in store credit.
  • No cancellations or refunds are accepted once the order has been shipped.

What if I made a mistake and purchased/received the “wrong” slime? 

  • If you’ve placed your order and realized within 30 minutes that you ordered the wrong slime, then please refer to the cancellations policy above and attempt to re-order. After every order has been placed, please double check your order summary because we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the item has been shipped. 
  • If you have received your order and realized you’ve ordered the “wrong” slime, we are not responsible for customer mistakes and will not compensate for them. 

What happens when my slime gets delivered to the wrong address, and/or is returned via “return to sender”?

  • If you provided the wrong address and your package is returned, you must pay the re-shipping fee.
  • We are not responsible for the condition of slimes due to longer transit times if the wrong address was provided.
  • We will do our best to contact you promptly to resolve the situation. If we don't receive a response within 72 hours after reaching out to correct an address, we will refund your order (excluding shipping) with a 50% restocking fee.
  • No refunds or exchanges are given for orders with a wrong address. 

I never received my order! 

  • You must contact your delivery service provider and file a claim. 
  • If you can prove that your order was lost in the mail, we can send a replacement.

I got the wrong item!

  • If you received the wrong item(s) and can provide proof, we can send a replacement(s). 
  • Contact customerservice@phancyslime.com for assistance.

What happens if my slime containers arrive broken?

  • All slimes are carefully packaged.
  • Contact your local delivery service provider and file a complaint.
  • We are not responsible for broken containers during shipping.
  • No refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be provided for broken containers.
  • Please address all complaints regarding broken containers to contact@phancyslime.com with image proof so we can log and investigate the cause.

My kid stole my credit card and bought slime!

In order to purchase any item from our store, you must be 18 years or older. In the case that you (the parent/guardian) of a minor experience a situation where your child has stolen your credit card and made a purchase from us, we are not required to provide a refund as all sales are final due to the handmade nature of slime.


If you have been approved for a refund, we will issue them within 14 days after the approval date.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By visiting and/or purchasing any of our products, you agree to all of our disclaimers, policies, and terms. 


Policy Updates and Changes

We can change this policy at any time without notice. The effective date of the latest version will be at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Your continued use of our website and products means you accept any changes to this policy.
